The sitting rooms and the reception area of the Grand Hotel are the perfect location for exhibiting artworks of artists, designers or creative minds, who can show their collection or art installation in a elegant environment.

The Grand Hotel owns a small free car park with CCTV. Parking spaces cannot be booked in advance.
It is possible to park the car for free in a unattended car park at a distance of 50 m from the hotel.

Dogs are allowed in all areas of the hotel but the President Restaurant.
Our four-legged friends will find in the room two bowls and a pillow. All animals need to be on the leash or in a dog carrier.

It is necessary, when booking, to report food allergies or intolerances of any kind.
The Hotel does not have a separate area for gluten-free cooking, therefore we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination for unpackaged products.

During the check-in and only by cash, the municipality of Olbia demands the payment of a tourist tax which amounts to €3.50 per person per night.
Exemptions are regulated by the city of Olbia. The price and the periods of application of the tax can vary depending on new regulations issued by the town of Olbia.
