Cancellation policies

 

For bookings subject to standard terms the cancellations or modifications made up to 2 days before the expected arrival’s date don’t involve any cost. Belated cancellations/modifications and the non-arrival involve the debit of the whole amount.
For bookings subject to promotional rates or special conditions are valid the published reference terms and the ones present in the acknowledgement of the booking.

 

Notes on arrivals and departures

 

Check-in starting from 3 p.m. Check-out within 10 a.m. The non-arrival on the expected date for the check-in, if not reported, involves the cancellation of the whole stay and the application of the relevant penalty.
In case of earlier departure the whole amount of the stay will be charged.

 

Optional services

 

In case optional services are purchased (for example: excursions, transports, etc…) even if paid in a single transaction, each service refers to the specific contractual and cancellation terms communicated with the acknowledgement.

 

Accepted credit cards:

 

American Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard, CartaSi, Bancomat. The Hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before the arrival (asking the authorization to the belonging circuit). For bookings are non-refundable advance payment, the transaction will occur on the introduction of reservation in the management system. The hotel will consider the booking is confirmed there has been a transaction.
